Waterfront Living at Seola Beach

Houses

At 3409 SW Seola Lane the 92′ of Puget Sound waterfront provides an ever changing backdrop and amazing backyard to a 2009 built NW contemporary.

At 4,540 square feet you have a ton of space for five bedrooms and 4.25 bathrooms. I love that the kid’s rooms have loft areas – every kid’s dream space to escape the parents. But what I’d enjoy most would be drinking bourbon by the fire pit on the water’s edge (I guess I’ve grown up!).

Designed by Tim Rhodes, you can learn more about the project on the architect’s site:

The 3250 square foot house is designed as a pair of connected wings linked by a formal dining hall for entertaining and family events. A Living Room and Kitchen facing the water and western terraces together with utility spaces and a garage occupy the southern ground floor; the northern ground floor wing is dedicated to a guest suite for frequent family visits. A bridge links the two wings at the second level; the upper floor includes a southern master suite and northern lofted kids bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry. The project included the development of the basement as a movie room, guest suite, and storage.

Priced at $2.495m, there is no offer review deadline.
