A First Hill Loft in the Mid-$300s at the Talisman

By June 12, 2017

Most lofts in Seattle cost a small fortune. Not so at the Talisman! The Talisman is a great mid-century building from 1965 with 14′ ceilings in its 65-units.

Unit #202 just hit the market there today priced at $350k. It is 527 square feet. They’re reviewing offers on Monday the 19th.

This is the third sale of the year at the Talisman. The last one, another unit on the 2nd floor sold for $362,600.

And for investors, no rental cap would make this an attractive buy.
