McGraw Square Sales to Start in 2018

McGraw Square, the large townhome development in Queen Anne has pushed back sales to 2018. Not a surprising move, it is better to start selling in the spring, and they’ll be able to command higher prices. They’ve already bumped up their starting price from the $900s to the low one million.
