  • Tangletown home listed at $580k received 17 offers, we got it for ~35% over list, no contingencies
  • Westlake condo listed at $680k got 4 offers, going for well over $700k
  • Fremont townhome listed at $779k got 8 offers, went ~15% offer, no contingencies
  • And we heard about a Crown Hill home that got a list price offer but turned it down!
