55-Unit Condo Building Likely Coming to Ballard

By December 5, 2017

Ballard

The DJC reports that Attollo Development (who is developing an 11-unit condo in Alki) is working on permitting for a 55-unit building at 2432 NW 56th St in Ballard:

Most units would have decks, and there would be a roof deck, too. Units would range from about 516 to 1,020 square feet, mostly one-bedrooms.

David Vandervort Architects is designing the unnamed project.

This is great to see. We’re not building enough condo buildings right now, and the few that are being built are highrises downtown. We need more boutique buildings in neighborhoods like Ballard.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
