As part of their article on the November real estate market, the Seattle Times, got a peek inside Gridiron – Gridiron is the 107-unit new condo going up in Pioneer Square that is 75% sold and will likely start closings in February of 2018.

Looks like it is coming along nicely! Though the east-facing units are certainly close to the stadium :).
