In 2017 there were 49 condo sales over $2m compared with 36 above $2m in 2016. However, while the number of high-end sales grew, the number one sale this year at $7.5m was less than the top sale of last year, which was a $8m unit at Escala. Though that $7.5m sale was for just a shell! The buyer still needs to pay to build it out.
