Welcome to 2018!

New listings are on the rise after a two week hiatus for the holidays, with 92 new homes for sale this week.

There were more homes for sale than that though, a few already went pending. Like this Belltown condo listed at $399k, that went ending for $492k a day before its offer deadline.

And after a two week break, we’re starting to writing offers again, expecting to write a few in the next day or two. I expect that things are going to be competitive, buyers are back from vacation and out in force.
