The Residences at Fairview, a 21-unit townhouse development in Eastlake, is down to their final unit, 2832 Fairview Ave E.
This is a project that has been at least ten years in the making. Here’s our write-up from an event we attended back in 2009 when the project was named the Enclave and was being marketed by Realogics. A lot has changed since then! But surprisingly, at $1.8m, this home falls in the pricing of their original range.
What does $1.8m get you? It gets you a 2,488 square foot townhome with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with rooftop deck. You also get access to moorage for your yacht right across the street.
