Bosa, the developer of One88, the 143-unit condo building in Bellevue has been tight lipped about penthouse pricing. The PSBJ got it out of them that pricing is $5m+, Want a penthouse condo in downtown Bellevue? That’ll be $5 million, please.

No official word on how sales are going either, they’ll be releasing sales numbers once their initial sales process ends on Saturday. But we heard that last Sunday the starting price for remaining units, after a week of sales, was $1.8m. We expect that they’ll be sold out of all units below $2m, which is mind-blowing.

Clearly a starting price of $800k+ did not scare buyers away.
