Weekly Wrapup
Spring is here! Which means we’re entering prime buying season. The numbers bear it out as we saw about 15% more new listing this week, with 300 new listings on the market. If you’re thinking of buying this year, now is the time to look as this is when you’ll have the most selection, with new listings peaking in May.
We wrote a couple offers this week:
- We offered on a $500k Phinney Ridge condo that ended up 5 offers and we were second from last.
- We offered on a $305k Tacoma home and it received 17 offers after only four days on market
And we reviewed offers on our listing at the Fix/Madore, we got 4 and it is pending in the low $600s.
And we heard:
- This $675k Phinney Ridge home had 9 offers and went for over $900k
