Tiny Home at the Pine Street Cottages

Wow, the Pine Street Cottages at E Pine St and 22nd Ave are super cute! What a great way alternative way of building dense housing.

The architect, Ralph Hammock must have been ahead of his time thinking about density in 1916 :). Converted to condos in 1990, one of them 2122 E Pine St is now for sale for $425k.

At 498 square feet (with 80 square feet of that being loft), it is a true tiny home, but I’m sure the vaulted ceilings make it feel larger. A great alternative to a traditional condo, you have no shared walls, a back deck and some lawn.

It’ll be really interesting to see what is sells for – offers due Tuesday, April 10th.

Listed by Matthew Miner and Ian Gordon – Coldwell Banker Bain.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
