Built in 2012, but you’d never guess it as 3839 NE 92nd St, in Wedgwood, is a great example of site specific architecture and finishes that are classy, but not trendy.

We love the 15′ ceilings, radiant floors, floating stair case, and rooftop deck.

The home is 2,893 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on a 6,324 square foot lots. Priced at $1.5m, there’s no offer deadline.
