If I wasn’t about to close on a place this month I’d seriously be test driving the commute from 1207 NW Culbertson Dr to our usual haunts, it is an incredible house designed by Roderick G. Parr!

Built in 1961, it is a pristine mid-century modern that also has amazing views and privacy on an acre lot. It’d be like owning the most amazing cabin but so-close to the city. Just check out the view from the garage!

Design wise, I wouldn’t change much. Maybe upgrade the kitchen counters and put in some uber-modern appliances (induction, steam-oven, clear ice-marker) but otherwise, I’d love it alone. Especially, that mad men bar.

Priced at $2.3m it is 4,900 square feet with five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
