Weekly Wrapup: Record Number of New Listings This Week

By June 22, 2018

Market Report
The big news this week is that bike share bikes are the latest staging fad. Just kidding, the news is that we very surprisingly set a record for number of new listings in a week. I thought those days were behind us and it’d all be downhill from here! The other big news this week is that a project we thought would be apartments will now be a 352-unit condo tower at 600 Wall St.
There’s no interior photos, but without seeing inside it is probably safe to call this $45m Hunts Point modern home designed by Jim Olson the home of the week. And with a price like that, it makes this $6m George Suyama designed home on Queen Anne look cheap! Which makes this waterfront remodel by rock photographer Kevin Westenberg look cheap at $2.85m.

And if you’re looking for a modern in Magnolia, there’s lots of options – our favorite is this one custom built by a structural engineeranother designed by DeForest architects, and the Aurea Residence by Chris Pardo.

Something older? we like this 1969 Sunset Hill home and this rambler.

In terms of offer writing this week, we wrote 3 and struck out on all of them!

p.s. know anyone who could demo a cork floor and level the subfloor?
