We just found out about Solis by SolTerra, a 45-unit condo project on Capitol Hill that will start pre-sales in September. It’ll have a mix of studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms with prices starting in the mid-$400s in to the $800’s.

Designed as a Passive House it aims to achieve up to 90% of the building’s heating and cooling needs from the sun.
