Last week the PSBJ broke the news that three buildings that were to be apartments will now be sold as condos, Three Seattle apartment projects will instead open soon as condos:

A group of investors, developers, brokers, bankers and an architect who organized as the Neighborhood Collection on Wednesday confirmed the listing of the 133 new homes in Wallingford and on Capitol Hill.

The buildings will be ready for occupancy this fall: Atrium (750 11th Ave. E.), Wallingford 45 (1601 N. 45th St.) and Edison (121 12th Ave. E.).

Reservations will start soon with a $5,000 deposit with tours happening in late September.
