Mira Flats to Start Reservations September 22

Mira Flats, the 162-unit apartment building that has converted to condos at 1085 103rd Ave NE in Bellevue has posted one unit to the MLS, #103. A 492 square foot studio, it is listed for $428,880. At $872 a square foot, you can expect almost all other units to be priced higher.

They also released some info on their sales process:

  • September 13 – Agent preview
  • September 15 – Public preview
  • September 22 – Reservation event
  • Fall – reservations convert to purchase and sale

To reserve a unit it is $5,000. First-come, first-served.

So clear your calendars on the 22nd and be prepared to camp out the night of the 21st.
