We’ve long been fans of Fairview Landing, a boutique floating home dock in the heart of Eastlake with just eight floating homes. With a gated entry, dedicated off-street parking, and one of the newest dock’s on the lake, it is a very nice place to call home on the lake.

Home #2 there hit the market earlier this summer and has been recently reduced to $3.1m, a very reasonable price for a floating home built on a concrete float less than ten years old, with a full height basement!

At 2,150 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is one of the more spacious floating homes on the lake. And with two sets of Nanawalls, easy to bring the outdoors in and make it feel even larger. Plus it has a light boat lift!
