The Aptly Named, Westbridge, a 14-Home Enclave

To be honest, Westbridge, a brand new community of 14 modern homes in West Seattle wasn’t on our radar until a client asked about it. Once they did, we wondered how we could possibly miss such an enclave of new standalone homes so close to downtown!?

Developed and built by STS Construction, who calls West Seattle home, the site and homes designed by Atelier Drome face east overlooking the West Seattle bridge giving the homes fabulous east-facing views.

Our clients ended up falling in love and bought the first home for sale in the development. At 3,282 square feet and five bedrooms, it was spacious with amazing views from the living room and both decks. I loved the covered (and heated) outdoor space just off the living room making for easy indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Two homes are now pending and the finished home being marketed is, 3225 SW Westbridge Place a 2,983 square foot home with 4 bedrooms priced at $1.25m.

We find most developers challenging to work with on the nit-picky details pre and post close, but STS has been great. I wish all builders cared as much as they do about providing a quality product.
