Solis, the new construction condo coming to 13th and Pike a few years ago, is up to 24 reservations (which are $5,000 fully refundable.) With 42 units, that may mean they’re 53% reserved, or it may be lower than that as some units may have multiple reservations. Starting price is now $500k to $530k, so some “affordable” homes are still available to reserve.
