A Visit to the Neighborhood Collection

By October 23, 2018

750 on the Hill, Edison, Wallingford 45

The Neighborhood Collection, three buildings that were built to be apartments but have gone condo, held their first open houses this past weekend so we swung by for a visit.

I was expecting to see all three buildings finished with the same finishes, but that wasn’t the case. While similar, and “apartment grade”, the finishes do vary across project so if you don’t find what you’re looking for at one, visit the others. The buildings are also in various states of completion, with some finish work still in progress and only one of the rooftop decks was open for viewing.

I was surprised to hear there’s a rental cap of 40%, but at these prices, I don’t think anyone will be buying units to rent them out.

Here’s my photos. Note, I am not a photographer!

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
