Edison on Capitol Hill Switches Listing Brokers
The Edison, a 51-unit condo building on Capitol Hill has a new sales and marketing team. Built as apartments, Edison converted to condos in September. After a slow start we hear that Realogics Sothebys is out and Melissa McMurray with Lake has taken over.
They have three units on the MLS:
- #B03 – $439,950 – 543 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ($810 a square foot)
- #203 – $499,950 – 543 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ($921 a square foot)
- #406 – $549,950 – 487 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ($1129 a square foot)
Unclear how many are pending.
It’ll be interesting to see what changes are made to try and sell more units.
