First Light Previews and Penthouse Sales Start Next Week

After a several week delay, First Light, the luxury condo building coming to 3rd and Virginia is starting advance previews November 26th, with folks on their list getting previews starting on the 19th (what do you call an advanced advance preview? And have I mentioned how all these VIP/advanced preview and sales gimmicks drive me crazy?)

Sales for most of their homes will start December 5 to “friends and family” and December 12 to “VIP clients”. However, sales for penthouses and all three bedroom and two bedroom homes on the 43rd and 44th floors will be available to purchase as of November 19 on a first-come, first-serve basis.
