Avenue Bellevue – 332 Condos Will Be Paired with an InterContinental Hotel

Fortress Development announced today that their luxury condo, hotel and retail project in downtown Bellevue, Avenue Bellevue, will feature a hotel by InterContinental. The hotel will have 251 guest rooms. Above the InterContinental will be 106 “estate homes” and next door in a neighboring tour there will be another 226 condos for a total of 332.

Designed by Weber Thompson, the project will also have 85,000 square feet of retail anchored by a restaurant by a three-Michelin star chef.

Marketed by Rennie and sales by Erik Mehr who previously partnered on Escala during the last condo boom.

Sales will start in early 2019 with construction starting mid-2019. Sales will be via a private, by-appointment-only sales center (yay!)
