Priced at $1.297m, there are no HOA dues. 3812B sold for $1.25m after 37 days on market.

If you’d rather have a similar style to this but on Queen Anne, Bill Parks, the developer of Fremont Lofts is building a new community on Queen Anne, the Lee Street Lofts, with prices starting just below $2m.
