750 on the Hill, Formally Atrium, Restarts Sales
Atrium, once a part of the “Neighborhood Collection” has re-branded as 750 on the Hill and has a new listing team, Erica Clibborn and Javila Creer of Windemere and has re-started sales, listing two units on the MLS.
750 on the Hill has also said that they’re Airbnb friendly, likely the first-ever condo building to declare themselves Airbnb friendly. While there are a handful of units were you can Airbnb, I’d say those buildings don’t disallow it, rather than allow. This “feature” will definitely appeal to investors, but will also appear to buyers looking for flexibility and options for when they’re traveling or living elsewhere.
