KODA Sales Center Opens, Releases More Units
After accepting reservations February 25th last year, and reaching 95% reserved, KODA, the 203-unit condo going up in the International District, has broken ground, is opening a sales center and will start to convert those reservations into binding purchase and sale agreements. The PSBJ is reporting that they’re down to 80% reserved (plans can change for buyers over 13 months, and many new buildings have become available), so it’ll be interesting to see how many of those reservations convert.
With the opening of the sales center, some of those unreserved units are being listed on the MLS priced between $815 a square feet up to $1,287 a square foot:
