Wallingford 45, a 48-unit condo building, that was previously part of the Neighborhood Collection, that tried to sell last year, looks to be back on the market with a new listing agent, Erik Mehr & Associates.

They’ve lowered prices (original pricing):

  • Open 1-bedrooms: starting at $464,950
  • 1-bedrooms: starting at $359,950
  • Lofts: starting at $659,950

Notably, they’re going to allow Airbnb like 750 on the Hill while almost all condos prohibit nightly rentals.
