We recently swung by the Solis construction site to get an update on how the 45-unit project on Capitol Hill is coming along.

Noteworthy is that:

  • Built to Passive House standards , first of its kind condo in Seattle
  • Triple pane windows with exterior automated sun shades
  • Filtered air (safeguard against smokey Augusts)
  • Floor-to-ceiling windows
  • The 2nd floor is 18′ up

They have 20 reservations and are converting those to purchase and sale soon. You can see a full price list here (we wish all projects released full price lists!) And they have a couple units on the MLS:
