210 Comstock, an 8-unit brand new condo building on the south-west slope of Queen Anne started selling this week and remarkably already has 3 units pending, with prices starting at $1,599,000. (They do have some smaller units, likely much cheaper, but haven’t released them for sale yet.)
Designed by Prentiss Architects it was just completed by Barcelo Homes and has some notable features, including:
- Great views starting on floor 3
- Private elevator access
- Thermador appliance package
- Smooth wall finish
- Clear cedar tongue and groove ceiling in main living area
- Built-in speakers
- AC
- Lutron dimmers
- Pre-wired for automated blinds
But most notable to me is that we need more infill developments like this! Not everyone wants to live in a high rise downtown and not everyone wants to live in a value-built apartment converted to condos.
