Join us on the Water!
Just in time for summer you could come join us on the water as our neighbors just down the dock from us are selling their great floating home, #17 at Mallard Cove. (We’re sad to see them go!)
Built in 1978 but extensively remodeled, this 1,873 square foot home has a reverse floor plan. So the lower level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one an ensuite to the master bedroom), and the living room, kitchen and powder room are on the top floor. That upper floor also has a small TV room/office (which I’m very jealous of, I wish we had this bonus room too) and two decks (one plumbed for grilling, and another to access the rooftop deck.) The rooftop deck has great west facing views of Gas Works and Queen Anne. We love watching the sunsets from our deck.
Like all the homes at Mallard Cove, you have 34′ of moorage for your water toys or a boat. This home has a nice layout that lets you and your friends access the moorage without necessarily entering the house (to get to the “dock” on our house the access is through the master bedroom, which isn’t ideal.)
Unlike almost all other floating homes, owners at Mallard Cove enjoy two parking spots in a secure parking garage, plus there are a few guest parking spots.
If you hurry, you could close by July 4th, as this home has an amazing view of the fireworks and the dock throws a huge party (fingers crossed for great weather!)
Priced at $2.1m.
Listed by another neighbor, Melissa Ahlers at Lake & Company.
