The Most Unique Loft at Monique

By July 11, 2019

Monique Lofts

Loft #406 is likely the most unique home at Monique Lofts, a 1913 industrial warehouse turned lofts in the heart of Capitol Hill’s Pike/Pine.

On the top floor, this loft boasts 17.5′ ceilings but is also partially built into the old elevator shaft giving you a “master bedroom” perched high in the building affording you plenty of privacy. Plus you have other loft areas for more beds, or an office, or a chill hangout.

I toured this loft back in 2007 and when I toured it yesterday ahead of it hitting the market today I puzzled why younger me didn’t buy it as it is extremely unique, spacious and super cool with its exposed concrete, exposed beams and many loft spaces.

Run don’t walk to see this one!

Priced at $675k it is 869 square feet.
