According to a blog post on the Nexus site, Nexus is transitioning their sales team from Realogics Sotheby’s to Erik Mehr & Associations and will be handling closings in house.

Nexus is the 389-unit building (360 of those homes are pending) completing later this year that garnered headlines for having buyer camping overnight to secure units.
