Condos at 1516 2nd Ave Likely to Break Ground in 2020

The PSBJ is reporting that the condos at 1516 2nd Ave are looking to break ground in spring 2020 in their article ‘Mama’ tower seeks to ‘calm the center’ of project near Pike Place.

The two buildings will house 524 units.

I’m guessing they’ll hold off on sales as nearby Emerald which will complete next year still has a number of units to sell as they’re 20% pending, though nearby First Light, which will break ground this fall, is over 60% sold.

Designed by Hewitt they also released updated renderings.
