This cold weather has us thinking about ski season! So no surprise that we’re head over heels about two new modern cabins at Snoqualmie Pass that just hit the market – there’s a very Instagrammable A-Frame or if you need more space, this 2,000 square foot cabin with views. Nice work Pass Life!

Closer to home, new listings continued to slow, with about 240 listings hitting the market. Most notable of which is the Transparent Loft by Jim Olson for $3.15m. Or, if you’re on a “budget”, this full height loft at Monique, or this large loft at Trace. Though our favorite new listing of the week is this pristine Mercer Island mid-century, but it went pending super fast.

In real estate news, the numbers for September are out and we weren’t surprised to see the median price for single-family homes continue to slide, but we were surprised to see the prices for condos increase.
