Avenue Bellevue‘s Residences, their more affordable west tower, has announced that they will start sales on November 23rd. The Residences has 224 units with 130 units priced between $649,000 and $1.3m.

Interesting date to start sales as many folks will likely be out of town for a long Thanksgiving vacation…
