The Walk brings a mix of homes to Bainbridge Island

522 Madrona Way NE is a creative mix of new housing in downtown Winslow, walking distance from the Bainbridge Island Ferry. The Walk combines townhouses and apartments, some available to own and others to rent. They’re in a quiet setting along a public trail and have a pedestrian-forward design you typically don’t see this close to the woods.

The two units currently for sale are both townhouses: three-bedroom #6A and one-bedroom #1A. Both have wood floors and vaulted ceilings—and each comes with a detached studio on the lower level that’s kitchenette-ready. The three-bedroom also has a covered deck off the living area facing a woodsy setting and a patio area outside the studio.
