NWMLS keybox activity: down, but improving

Whenever an agent shows, previews or does a video tour of a listing the they need to open a keybox to gain access to the home. Those keyboxes, known as Supra keyboxes log each of those openings. Thanks to a tip from Chad, here’s a look at recent keybox activity showing that while, not surprisingly, keybox activity plummeted as a result of COVID-19, it has been improving these past two weeks lining up with what we’ve been seeing with new listings and the number of listings going under contract.
