We’re excited to welcome longtime friends of ours Collin Horn and Klaus Gosma to Urban Living!

Both are super experienced real estate agents steeped in the art of putting the client first and delivering great customer service. We couldn’t be more excited to have them onboard to help us deliver the Urban Living experience to more clients.

Klaus Gosma

Klaus is a lifelong Seattleite with more than 15 years as a real estate broker, helping nearly 500 clients buy or sell. His favorite homes have plenty of character and well-designed spaces, whether they’re midcentury, modern, or Craftsman.

West Seattle and South Seattle are his current specialty, but he’s worked with clients everywhere in and around the city. He’s lived in Fremont, Magnolia, Georgetown, Crown Hill and Bellingham, and would love to help you find your perfect neighborhood.

When he’s not exploring Seattle’s real estate market, he enjoys spending time with his family, getting outdoors, listening to music, travelling when he can and following our local sports teams.

Collin Horn

Collin loves homes with quirkiness and character, especially lofts. His favorite area to work in is central Seattle, including his neighborhood in Capitol Hill—but he’s lived in Maple Leaf, Ballard, Queen Anne, and South Lake Union, so he can help you navigate the market in any neighborhood.

Before becoming a licensed broker in 2008, he worked in education and as a semi-professional musician. He enjoys going to concerts and pub trivia, and he never miss Spring Training if he can help it.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
