Weekly wrap-up: listings up 11%. Pendings down 4.8%
We toured a Beacon Hill home this week that had 8 pre-inspections! We also were able to sell this cute North Seattle home for over asking in just four days. Despite Inslee’s announcement on Friday that real estate will continue to operate in a limited fashion under COVID-19 restrictions until at least May 25th, buyers and sellers continue to find a way to make it work. It certainly helps that interest rates hit an all-time historic low.
We’re doing our part by bringing on two new live/work listings in May and have been busy touring buyers (all in-person, still no “virtual” tour requests.) We also lowered the price of our Fremont modern listing.
Surprisingly, of the 257 new listings this week (up 11% week-over-week), not a single one was newsletter worthy!
