gProjects Building 31 Homes on Queen Anne

gProjects, one of our favorite townhome developers is working on a huge 31-home project at 632 W. Barrett Street. It’ll be a mix of rowhouses, townhouses and detached homes, ranging from 800 to nearly 2000 square feet all with off-street parking. With construction starting in spring of 2021 they’ll start selling in 2022.
