Linda Derschang lists colorful Insignia condo with private terrace

By May 12, 2020

Denny Regrade, Insignia Towers, Seattle Condos

It’s already pending (of course) but you should still take a peek at Unit 907N in Denny Regrade’s Insignia building, which has belonged to local restauranteur Linda Derschang since the complex went live in 2016. It’s unique from other Insignia units thanks to a giant private terrace—maybe larger than the living room—surrounded by a green roof for a parklike feel.

Regulars at Linda’s, King’s Hardware, and Oddfellows won’t be surprised by the warm, eclectic decor inside, some of it hardwired: built-in shelves lining the living room, lotus pendant lamps, bold blue accent walls. The two bedrooms include a master with a truly gigantic en-suite bath and a guest bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows directly along the building’s green roof. The kitchen is fun, too, with a wood panel look that blends appliances in with the cabinetry.

The cozy patio furniture—not just the standard fare, but multiple couches and a dining table—can come with purchase, along with the extensive plantings and irrigation system.

Listed by Javila Creer and Ashlyn Pawlak, Windermere | Priced at $1.65 million
