One88 has closed 118 residences

One88, the 143-unit condo building in Bellevue has closed 118 units in the last 8 weeks. There are likely still a number of original buyers still left to close. But at one point they were down to just five units available and I suspect we’ll see more than that available soon. This isn’t too surprising; between covid and life, plans for some buyers who committed to buying a condo there two years ago have likely changed.

Of those 118 closed units, 9 of those sellers have listed their units for sale with 12 for rent (there’s some overlap with some sellers listing their place both for sale and for rent.)
