They’re not promoting this as an end of year sale, but… Avenue Bellevue is offering $35,000 off Residences Homes and $70,000 off Estate Homes for the next 10 homes sold. They’re also splitting the 5% deposit with 2.5% due now and 2.5% due in September 2021.
