Koda switches sales teams

Koda, the 201-unit condo that should complete spring of 2021 is switching sales teams from Realogics Sothebys to Erik Mehr. Much like what happened with Nexus.

We believe Koda is about 50% pending. The email announcing the sales and marrketing team change advertised these starting prices:

• Studios from the mid-$300s
• 1 bedrooms from the low-$400s
• 2 bedroroms from the low-$600s
