Weekly wrap-up: so long 2020

Market Report

Last week new listings took a break for Christmas but buyer activity remained strong; we even helped a client go pending on a condo at 7:40pm on Christmas Eve! The only noteworthy new listing was this modern Kenmore farmhouse that hit the market last week.

And built a monster dollhouse for our daughters.

Thankfully this week has been slow giving us a chance to go sledding and look back at 2020:

And I’ve had time to futz with the fireplace in our rental while we remodel. (Remodel update – plumbers and HVAC subs have been busy. Windows should arrive next week.)

Thanks to everyone who donated to our fundraiser for Mary’s Place! Mary’s Place provides safe, inclusive shelter and services to support women, children and families on their journey out of homelessness. If you’ve enjoyed this free newsletter and all my typos, please donate as we’re short of our $2,020 goal (we’re at $1,350 pre-match). Since we have so much to be thankful for this year, we will match every donation! (If you’re not on Facebook, just forward us your receipt and we’ll match it.)

Cheers to a better 2021!

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
