Jade Residences Update – February 2021
The new 136-unit condo in Totem Lake, Jade Residences, is nearing completion so we stopped by for an update. They currently sit at about 50% pre-sold (68 units remaining) and are marching steadily towards a completion in late summer/early fall of 2021.
The building is framed up and windows are in. Next up is siding and finishing off the inside. The team has also set up a model kitchen and bathroom in their showroom just up the road so you can get a feel for how they’ll look when complete. I like that most floor plans include an island in the kitchen and are more spacious than what you’d find in a downtown Seattle condo. I’m also a fan of the countertop they selected and tile in the bathrooms.
As the only condo building currently in Totem Lake, it’s poised to be a great community with easy proximity to a full suite of retailers including a Whole Foods. Jade is also next door to Evergreen Health Medical Center which should make these units very attractive for Kirkland based medical professionals.
