ParqHouse Project Clears Key ‘DNS’ Milestone

Back in December, Matt wrote about PSBJ breaking the news that a new tower is coming to 305 108th Ave NE in Bellevue named ParqHouse by the Fana Group of Cos. As of yesterday, PSBJ also figured out that the project has been issued a ‘determination of non-significance’ which is a key milestone in clearing the required permits to proceed with the project.

The 33-floor project was initially proposed as a hotel/condo building has been updated to be solely 274 luxury condos in downtown Bellevue. This is much needed inventory as condos from nearby projects like One88, Mira, and Avenue Bellevue have been selling quickly.

As the PSBJ notes, we’re still waiting for pricing for the condos but it will range from studios to three-plus bedrooms. I’ve signed up for updates on ParqHouse’s website so we can share details with our readers as soon as they’re available!
