Eastside new construction update – March 2021: Mira offering big savings on last 10 units; Avenue reports 13 sales in past month

Mira Flats:

Mira Flats is getting close to selling out with only 10 units left and announced some major discounts to help these last few units move. Here’s what remains:

  • 2 bed, 1 bath: 3 left $779k to $799k
    • Price reduced between $65k to $76k
  • 2 bed, 2 bath: 7 left $829k to $949k
    • Price reduced between $80k to $111k

Avenue:

The luxury Avenue project is under construction and still on track for a move-in date in early 2023. You can track the construction in real time with their live cam here.

The sales team has been busy – reporting 13 sales in the past month. There is still a range of studios to one, two, and three bedroom units starting in the mid $800,000s in both the Estates and Residences buildings.
